Great value for money

This was the second time we have used Housenetwork. They were brilliant value for money and provided a great service. Although they do not maintain a High Street presence, the property photos were brilliant and viewings were managed excellently. We definitely will recommend to family and friends.

Selling House

It was quick simple to do even if your not good on the in- ternet.Th e call backs and reply from questions was quick. As long as you dont mind showing clients round in your time money saved is the bonus for a little work.. Karen Burton/Shaun Reakes saved Â£2850 (based on 1.5% agent commission)

excellent, fully recommended!

No need for estate agents, their 'local knowledge' boils down to searching recent sold prices in the area which HN do for you. Estate agents also claim that they're better at showing buyers around the property, well all my viewers pretty much showed themselves round then we had a chat about area/work on house etc. If i needed someone with the IQ of a spoon to stand next to me saying "yeah this property has great windows hurr" then I'd have considered an estate agent, but would have paid a few grand for the privilege as everything else estate agents do, HN do better, for less money. Great service, great tools to use, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.

Professional and friendly

Although the vendor and we, the buyers,live in different towns House Network kept the whole process moving along very smoothly and actually seemed interested in making sure that any concerns either of us had were swiftly addressed. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

Would definitely recommend House Network

Great company for selling your house! Was always able to speak to the same agent and they were super efficient and called back with updates so quickly! Was happy with the service from start to finish! As an added bonus it saved us a lot of money which we can now use in our new house....thankyou House Network

Great communication throughout the buying process

We bought our first home through House Network and I have to say they made the experience very smooth. They were easy to contact and updated us regularly throughout the process...unlike other parties we dealt with. I would definitely recommend them and we will be speaking to them in the future should we decide to sell our property.

Excellent service from a friendly, efficient agent.

It was good to have a named agent who was always up to date with progress - but thankfully things kept going if she went on holiday! The company have a first rate website. Easy to use and update. A very responsive agent and company. The price is competitive and I have no hesitation in recommending House Network.

Excellent value for. money

When we decided to sell our property, we invited 2 local agents plus House Network to value it. The selling fees quoted by the other agents were at least 2 or 3 times the fees of House Network, yet we could not see the benefit of using a local agent other than our property being in an agents window. Nowadays the majority of people look online anyway so we decided to go with House Network and our photos were taken within the valuation appointment. Within 2 days, our property was online one Thursday afternoon and the enquiries started coming through immediately. We liked the fact that we could edit and even add our own photos as well edit the descriptions etc. The first viewing was on Saturday and by Monday morning the first viewers had made an offer. Arranging the viewings was simple and we had our own negotiator who we could contact anytime during the process so she was familiar with our file. We have already recommended House Network to friends who have used them and would have no hesitation recommending again. Above all else the service was faultless and I cannot see why anyone would need to spend 2 or 3 times more on traditional agents fees when you can get the same service for a much lower price.

Great communication and great value for money

House Network were very efficient and from the start offered the personal attention to the sale I needed. The valuer made an onsite visit, and within a week the house was on the market with photographs. A nice touch is the ability to add your own photographs, select the set you want viewed and order them as you like. The communication was brilliant. I had a single point of contact throughout the sale supported by 1.- the online messaging system and 2 - telephone contact 24x7 if I needed it. House Network managed the contact with solicitors during the sale process which was invaluable. I would recommend House Network without hesitation. All Estate Agents are not the same
