The end of the High Street Agent?
Had 4 agents round to value the property and although House Network weren't the cheapest, they also were anything but expensive compared to the High Street! From the agent first coming round I felt assured that they were the right ones for me. I found the staff to be extremely polite, friendly and never in a hurry to get me off the phone! I have no hesitation if recommending them for cost and customer services - can't believe anyone would use a High Street agent when you have this at your fingertips!

Fantastic service at an amazing price
We thought House Network worked fantastically. They always answered calls and emails promptly and professionally, they got answers when we could not and never gave us anything but their full attention from start to finish, we could not believe how much we saved compared to our friends who sold with a local agent. We have already recommended House Network to our friends.

Excellent value and service
I've sold many houses over the years and always used the traditional high street method. I thought I would b brave and try an online company as I believe that most people only search for a property via this route. What can I say, I'm so glad I did! House Network were superb, from my initial contact to the point of exchange. I also used their associated legal fees and again fab service and all this for a fraction of the cost of the traditional option - don't hesitate to use these guys, you won't be disappointed and neither will your bank account!

Really pleased with the service
This was my first time using an online estate agent and settled on Housenetwork after reading many review sites. I was impressed from start to finish with the process: from the advert and photographs, booking appointments, the instant messaging system which allowed an easy response when I missed a call at work, negotiations, chasing updates from solicitors and the rest of the chain. I also liked the relaxed approach, as I didn't want my buyer to be pressured the way I was by my vendor's estate agents. The best bit of all? Zero commission payable on completion and top service for a bargain up-front cost. Would completely recommend.

5 star service for a cheaper price
Fantastic service from House Network from start to finish. The customer service I received was brilliant with quick response times, an easy to use online system and weekly calls from my personal negotiator. Sold my house within a week and at a fraction of the cost of a high street estate agent. This is the future for the housing market.

Superb!
Brilliant service from start to finish. Cheaper than similar services, but still great with the human element still present. A great model and worth every penny of the several thousands we saved!

Very Helpful
I can't rate Housenetwork highly enough, they are so much easier to deal with than you high street agents, they were always really efficient, kept us up to date with things and quick to respond, not to mention a fraction of the cost of the high street agents! Budget price but premium service
Thought I might get a budget service due to the budget price and prepared myself to have to drive the sale of my house and carry out a lot of the leg work. Also prepared myself for problems of lack of face to face communication. I couldn't have been more wrong. What I received was a premium service. Housenetwork were ahead of me at every step. Organisation was impeccable and it really was a pain free experience. Would never consider using a 'traditional' estate agent again. Was impressed that I spoke with quite a number of different agents every time I called up for an update and was always given the details I needed there and then. A very well organised and professional team who know what they're doing and do it well.

Fantastic
The overall service was amazing. I thought it was all too good to be true but I cannot recommend house network enough. From start to finish we received excellent advice and always had great communication with the team. Selling our home was very easy and was very pleased when our house sold within a week of going live online. We have already recommended house network to friends and family and we know we will never use a traditional estate agent in the future. Selling your home via house network is the way forward.
