The best online estate agent. - far better than high street agents

House Network were extremely helpful, attentive and professional. Having been quite a drawn out process, our buyers buyer delaying exchange, and reducing his offer on our buyers house, if our negotiator Aimee hadn't of stepped in, I do not think we would of got to exchange, let alone completion. Aimee's persistence and pleasant manner kept the sale on track. This is my second successful house sale with House Network, I cannot recommend them highly enough, I will definitely use them again, they not only saved me thousands of pounds, they are in my experience a massive improvement over all of the traditional local Estate Agents I have previously used.

Excellent service after Sold Subject to Contract

Until we had sold subject to contract I felt really stressed and wondering if we had done the right thing going with House Network however once we had sold and Aimee become our negotiator everything was fantastic and everyone was very helpful. Our negotiator Aimee really went out of her way to help us and get the sale moving. Thank you

Made it easy

House Network were extremely quick, helpful and easy to work with - we made our sale in seven days at over the asking price and are so glad we took the plunge to use an online agent. Their online system was easy to use and gave us full control.

Abigail Wills at House Network

What a brilliant and refreshing experience dealing with a competent, kind and hard working estate agent like Abigail Wills. Doubly welcome after a sorry succession of local agents ill-equipped for the challenges of house selling in our on-line 24/7 world. With Abigail and House Network we sold our place - a ramshackle old village stores - within six months. Queries are answered 24/7 and the property extensively advertised on all leading sites - right move, zoopla etc. Best of all I could speak to Abigail when I needed to and always had questions satisfactorily answered. Her advice was always succint and to the point.. We received feedback from viewings and potential viewers were vetted for us - unhappily not the case with locals out our way. I recommend Abigail Wills wholeheartedly - a great ambassador for the burgeonig on line estate agency sector. Save serious money, hassle and uncertainty by going with House Network. Selling a house is stressful no doaubt about and Abi's kindness made the whole business much less traumatic. Thank you!

Best ever remote estate agent

I started to use HouseNetwork from this March, it was very good experience to have once off payment in advanced and have life support from it. Then I managed the property sale myself without any problem - I could add my photos, wordings online any time, just need a bit time to get approved from the Agent. The views arrangement is straightforward, I only listed those days with time slots I could do, the agent will do the rest. We had the first buyers almost within two weeks time since the sale was launched but it fell off due to the buyer's credit issue alter, I had to restart the sale from September, and soon I had the buyer as well and the sales went through smoothly since then. Apart from sending and reading online messages, I don't need to contact the HouseNetwork as the dedicated Agent will contact you on weekly base and update you any progress until the completion is done which is very helpful. It really saved me a lot time and money. I will definitely use HouseNetwork again.

I have recently purchased a house sold by House Network. I dealt specifically with Aimee Elward whom I found to be helpful and efficient. She kept me in the picture all the way through and answered any questions quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

After incurring traditional Estate Agents costs in the past a great new way!

A great service you can hep yourself through the website and you can be in control but you can always speak to a real person when you need to which is great. Also when the time comes to negotiate you have their expertise at hand I thought the service went well and there was nothing to change, I will be recommending my son to House Network.
