excellent, fully recommended!

No need for estate agents, their 'local knowledge' boils down to searching recent sold prices in the area which HN do for you. Estate agents also claim that they're better at showing buyers around the property, well all my viewers pretty much showed themselves round then we had a chat about area/work on house etc. If i needed someone with the IQ of a spoon to stand next to me saying "yeah this property has great windows hurr" then I'd have considered an estate agent, but would have paid a few grand for the privilege as everything else estate agents do, HN do better, for less money. Great service, great tools to use, friendly staff, would recommend to anyone.
