Excellent value for. money

When we decided to sell our property, we invited 2 local agents plus House Network to value it. The selling fees quoted by the other agents were at least 2 or 3 times the fees of House Network, yet we could not see the benefit of using a local agent other than our property being in an agents window. Nowadays the majority of people look online anyway so we decided to go with House Network and our photos were taken within the valuation appointment. Within 2 days, our property was online one Thursday afternoon and the enquiries started coming through immediately. We liked the fact that we could edit and even add our own photos as well edit the descriptions etc. The first viewing was on Saturday and by Monday morning the first viewers had made an offer. Arranging the viewings was simple and we had our own negotiator who we could contact anytime during the process so she was familiar with our file. We have already recommended House Network to friends who have used them and would have no hesitation recommending again. Above all else the service was faultless and I cannot see why anyone would need to spend 2 or 3 times more on traditional agents fees when you can get the same service for a much lower price.
