First class service, amazing price!

House Network to put it simply were brilliant. As soon as our property went onto the market we had a call from them for a viewing request. We sold within a week and special thanks having to go to our amazing premier negotiator Sian Maydon who achieved two offers over the asking price for us! The good service however did not stop there, they continued to update and guide us through the selling process ensuring that our buyers were also kept updated and happy every step of the way. Whenever we phoned with a query we were always able to get through to someone if Sian was not available and whoever we spoke to was incredibly professional whilst being welcoming and friendly at the same time. If you are in two minds about using House Network to sell your home you need to know these guys are excellent at what they do and are without a doubt the future of estate agencies! Thanks once again to Sian and her colleagues for all thier hard work, we could not have been happier with the service! Mr and Mrs Robinson

Professional,faultless purchase of my new home

I was walking past the house that I have just purchased, as the House Network sign was going up. My sister called the number on the board and we were looking at the house an hour later. Throughout the purchase, Housing Network worked closely with my solicitor and issued regular, joint updates to me and the owners of the property. A faultless and pleasant experience and I have no hesitation using Housing Network in the future.

Housenetwork are Brilliant

I thought that House Network was great, Everyone was very friendly and there was always someone at the end of the phone if I ever had any questions and by using Housenetwork is saved me a lot of money.. I recommend everyone to use Housenetwork.

House selling at its best

I read an article about using an on line agent to sell your house. I told my daughter about it. They then used Housenetwork to sell there apartment in london. They were really impressed with there professionalism and customer care. Also managed to save about £3000.00 or more in the process . We have just used them to sell another property and they have been excellent as before. Sold the property straight away. Very helpful staff. Plus saved us more high estate agents fees. I would highly recommend them.

The best agent I have ever known

I would have no hesitation in recommending House Network to anybody. The price they charged was very reasonable for such a professional service. The communication was outstanding as they always followed up an inquiry or updated us whenever they could and were always on hand whenever we needed help or needed something doing. Even the viewers we had commented on how efficient and professional House Network were. We will certainly be using them again when we next move and encouraging others to do so. They are definitely a cut above the norm. Excellent .....

Excellent sevice

When you sell your house it's not what you think of the service, it's what your purchaser thinks. I was very pleased with the comment that my purchaser made about how good and efficient Sian the sales negotiator was and how she kept him informed all of the way to completion.

Saved thousands and took control of our sale

Looking back, it's funny the clues that some traditional agents give away in their standard patter. "Your house will sell itself" was mentioned a couple of times, and "people these days use internet sites such as RightMove". So we decided to test an alternative, and for less than 15% of the usual fee, the housenetwork put us in control of selling our home. We produced the brochure, we took additional photos, we described the property and the local area, and we showed people our home and answered all their questions as we walked round (rather than saying "not sure, I've not shown this property before"). We sold our house at the right price and saved thousands on fees. Highly recommended.

Excellant Service!

Having looked at several online agents and compared some of the listings they had on right move and asked friends for recommendations, I chose House Network. The photographs and house details were extremely professional and when they came to undertake the listing for my house, i wasn't disappointed. We had an offer at asking price from the first people that viewed the house, with many other viewings booked in the mean time. The service has been fantastic across the whole process and i have already recommended House Network to a number of other people. Why pay a % of your sale to an agent and still potentially be knocked down on price by a buyer!
