Excellent service from beginning to end

Initially we were a little bit unsure about using an online estate agent, we were wrong to worry. From the outset they were professional and easy to work with. Ben came and did the initial valuation and layout,he even did a tour. Our property was on the market within 24hours. We were allocated our own account manager Lois, she was excellent, every communication was backed up with an email which was really useful when you took a call at work. If I rang her and she was unavailable, within five minutes she rang me back. On top of all this we saved more than £2.5k by using them. The only things we had to do were our own viewings and arrange our own key handover and neither were an issue. We have now moved in to our new home and more than happy with the service we received.
