Very prompt, professional and helpful

Our agent lois Gocking couldn't have been more helpful. Very friendly but professional, any inquiries that we had she was very prompt and her knowledge in what she does is excellent. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Super service

Wow, we received a professional service, we found Richard to be simply fantastic. He was supportive, clear and kept all his promises he made to us with regards to the communication process. We would certainly recommend them, all the team are profesional, helpful - in fact a one stop shop when moving home! A massive thank you and well done from us to Richard and his colleagues.

Excellent service

Buyer

I can highly recommend House Network for all of their services offered. We were not the vendors but buyers through this agent. They were efficient,,professional and absolutely brilliant, kept us fully informed of each stage of the process by helping chase solicitors and moving the transaction to completion. One of their advisers Megan worked tirelessly to get this purchase through as we had some hiccups along the way, as with all house buying, and she helped by taking the stress off of us. I can only advise people to use this company and services and can only praise them for an efficient service. I would definitely recommend to family and friends to use in the future for buying and selling

Brilliant - no brainer!

A brilliant, efficient and value for money service - a no brainer - recommended by a friend and neighbour who was helped in selling their house! Bonus given for recommending someone! A representative from House Network was quick to come and do the basic preparation for marketing our house - plans and photos - and providing a valuation of the property, surprisingly more than 3 local estate agents who came many months earlier. We supplied more photos and text which were accessible for us to amend at any time. We were able to control the presentation. After the preparation of the online website we paid the very realistic, all in, unlimited period fee, for which we were given an immediate 5% discount. After all this preparation we then waited for the appropriate moment before selecting the "launch " option on the website, as we had been waiting to find another house to buy. We decided to go ahead in the end and risk the need to rent. As it happened, this was not necessary due to a series of coincidences and we had an offer accepted on an ideal house. Meanwhile, in less than two weeks from our house launch we had a very good offer near the limits as suggested by House Network. 3 visits later by our prospective buyer, followed by a couple of months whilst solicitors sorted the legalities, and we had sold our house and found ourselves safely installed in our new home. On completion House Network gave us a £100 Amazon gift voucher. Do the maths and see the considerable £avings from using this establish online agent compared with the local high street agents - a no brainer!

Great Service

Everyone I have dealt with have been very friendly and helpful. Especially with us being first time buyers, we were given plenty of guidance where it was needed and were kept informed of what was happening.I would definitely recommend..

Purchase via House Network

Fantastic Service from negotiator Richard Robinson who looked after us from start to finish. He was always prompt replying to our enquiries and assisted contacting solicitors where needed in both a friendly and efficient manner. even though I did not sell through them, I would certainly recommend them to anyone! Richard is an asset to the House Network team.
