Brilliant - no brainer!

A brilliant, efficient and value for money service - a no brainer - recommended by a friend and neighbour who was helped in selling their house! Bonus given for recommending someone! A representative from House Network was quick to come and do the basic preparation for marketing our house - plans and photos - and providing a valuation of the property, surprisingly more than 3 local estate agents who came many months earlier. We supplied more photos and text which were accessible for us to amend at any time. We were able to control the presentation. After the preparation of the online website we paid the very realistic, all in, unlimited period fee, for which we were given an immediate 5% discount. After all this preparation we then waited for the appropriate moment before selecting the "launch " option on the website, as we had been waiting to find another house to buy. We decided to go ahead in the end and risk the need to rent. As it happened, this was not necessary due to a series of coincidences and we had an offer accepted on an ideal house. Meanwhile, in less than two weeks from our house launch we had a very good offer near the limits as suggested by House Network. 3 visits later by our prospective buyer, followed by a couple of months whilst solicitors sorted the legalities, and we had sold our house and found ourselves safely installed in our new home.
