Great service
We have recently bought a property and dealt with Richard. He constantly kept us updated with what was going on and always made himself available. If anything ever needed chasing up with solicitors he did this straight away. Would be happy to work with you again and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended!
We asked House Network to represent us for sale after being disappointed by the service of our original high street agent and because House Network were proving to do such a thorough job with the house we viewed and subsequently offered on. After giving notice to our previous agent, our house was on the market within a week and a half of us first asking them to represent us, we had much better photos taken and the freedom to amend everything effortlessly. It was great to be able to be so involved in the marketing of our own house. We had interest immediately and our house was only on the market for 8 days before we accepted an offer. Lois, our representative for sale, and Zach, who we dealt with for our purchase, proved themselves to be diligent, thorough and tenacious. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and even in their absence, everyone else was fantastic at fielding messages and ensuring our files are kept up to date. I was sceptical about using an online estate agent before we started our house search, but I don't think I would ever go back down the traditional path in the future. I could not recommend House Network highly enough. Lois and Zach and everyone else who has stepped in to help us along the way have made a stressful time so much easier to cope with from beginning to end. Thank you House Network.

Better than my estate agents
I bought my new house in May 2017 and House Network acted for the sellers. I was so impressed with their professionalism that I wished I had used them to sell my old house. They kept me fully informed on the progress of my purchase and were efficient in arranging my viewings and in responding to my requests or queries. I would certainly consider instructing House Network in any future moves.

Exceptionally professional and expert handling of a complicated chain.
After disappointing experiences with traditional local Estate Agents, I was absolutely delighted with the whole service at Housenetwork. Our home move was far from straight-forward – a complicated chain with poor communication and some parties threatening to pull out at the last minute – but our negotiator and her colleagues showed great leadership and level-headed competency in pulling the different threads together. In the early stages, I particularly valued the control that Housenetwork afforded us to get the marketing just right. With traditional Estate Agents, we found we had to just make do with an inaccurate floor plan, or poor pictures, or uninspiring text. With Housenetwork, we could update and control our brochure as many times as we liked, and our change requests were always approved promptly, usually updating on Rightmove within minutes. We originally signed up with HouseNetwork to avoid the excessive fees of local High Street rivals, but after such a good experience, I wouldn’t consider going back to the high street even if the fees were the same.

Excellent service
On sale of my property I couldn't be happier with the service house network provided. Always happy to discuss any queries or concerns, gave excellent advise and really helped my through the entire process.

Reliable and friendly!

The best online agent
Why waste your money on a high street agent when House Network can satisfy all your needs at a fraction of the cost. They did more than any high street agent had ever done for us in the past, the photographer was wonderful, the valuation and descriptions perfect. Aimee and Richard where especially great to deal with, they made me feel so confident and in total control. I would not hesitate to recommend House Network to anyone.

Excellent service!
We were very happy with House Network - we felt in much better hands than with high street agents before! We were particularly impressed with their communication in general - whether it be for arranging viewings or when we had any queries for them. The staff are all very kind on the phone and by email, and we would not hesitate to recommend them in the future. A particular thanks to Richard Robinson, who helped making the whole process go as smoothly as possible!
