Our move wasn't straight forward at all but Claire made sure she chased the relevant people up and made sure the right people pulled their fingers out to make sure we completed on time. She was always on the other end of the phone when we needed her and ultra helpful. Need more people like Claire around and she's a credit to Manning Stainton. Would also like to say, we dealt with Jenna 6 months earlier (yes it took a long time for us to move and sell our house!) and she was equally as outstanding and helpful. All the staff there seem to be so friendly and on the ball.
