Victoria Alexander has been incredibly helpful, in fact I would not have offered on the property if it hadn't been for her. She identified a house that was exactly what I was looking for and arranged for me to view after a viewing I already had booked in. There have been no major issues yet and I have received a high level of good communication from the whole team.

I initially did a viewing with Claire Ward who gave me brilliant advice regarding my mortgage and their mortgage advisor. I then went to the branch and spoke with Charlie who suggested some other properties. One of which was perfect for me. I spoke with Jenna to negotiate an offer that was then accepted. Everyone in branch including Jessica Downs have been friendly, helpful and professional and have made purchasing my first home easier.

I run a company called UK Homebuyers Ltd. We are a national property buying company who flip all deals for profit so speed is very important to us. Jen was extremely efficient and went the extra mile at every turn. Bearing in mind, I have always got 10-15 agents on my system, I can comfortably say that Jen was one of the best I have dealt with.
