Great Service & Quick Sale! We had arranged 4 valuations but chose to go with Manning Stainton over the over the agents as John was professional, friendly and had clearly done prior research which put us at ease and gave us reassurance. from valuation our house was on the market within the week, the photos were as good as we could have hoped and we were fortunate to have accepted an offer at asking price within 3 days of the house being on the market. Excellent and professional service. We can’t fault the service we received from Manning Stainton. From the very beginning they were really helpful and professional and gave us great advice about price and the best way to market our house. Our house was listed on the 3rd of Jan and sold Subject to contact in less than two weeks. Potential buyers seem to have been matched well to our house. We always received feedback the following day from viewers when ever possible. If the viewers were not able to be contacted the next day they were always followed up as soon as possible. Debbie was so helpful and all in all a really excellent professional and friendly service.
