The house was up for sale quickly, great photos and on all the main selling websites. A stream of viewings followed (many more than expected!) and Deborah and the team kept me well informed of viewings, feedback and any follow-ups. She is a very efficient agent, being very positive, friendly and helpful - she has kept to all of her promises in handling our offer, and even took the time to ring me back late on Saturday afternoon after having liaised with the vendor who lives in Australia (fair dinkum!).
