Four offers within 10 days, one above asking price. Like to thank Debbie Cundill for looking after me and keeping me updated with progress. If you want your house to shift and get good advice to start with I recommend you use this company. Pudsey branch anyway.

what a joke of a estate agent these are ,never kept me in the loop.believed everything my sister told them ,had to get a solicitor involved to get my half of the money ,and dont get me started about the surveying company ,he was so arrogant ,never kept in the loop,Manning Stainton manager was full of himself

As you weren't the executor of the property we couldn't legally update you, but you were not ignored by us at any point, we just pointed you to the correct avenue to communicate. The surveyor would be from an external company not ours and I am sorry if you thought I was arrogant. Ben and the Pudsey team.

Took half day off work to accommodate a rental valuation which was arranged over the phone - they didn't turn up. After phoning them up I was told to hold on while they got back to me then just hung up and never called back.
