Fantastic service, really well treated from start to finish, couldn't recommend the team and company enough, Claire in particular was very professional lovely to talk to and helped in any way she could

Excellant service we have bought and sold 3 houses via Karl Tatler Estate agents 5 star service would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank You Scarlett, for your excellent service. Since we first decided to use Karl Tatler You have been always available to help with our queries. If you we're unsure of what advice to give you would quickly find the answer and get back to us. Thank You for all your help. Alan and Sandra Hardy.

I have had my house up for sale for 5 weeks and already accepted an offer. The team within the Prenton office are friendly, professional and always happy to answer any questions. I have previously used other estate agents for residential sales/ letting agreements would definitely return to Karl Tatler in the future. I have only given 4 stars as I can only comment on the last 5 weeks. Will update and amend once the sale is complete. So far very impressed.

Big thanks to Karl Tatler Prenton for their continued support with both the purchase and sale of my home. Over the years I have found Karl Tatler on the Wirral to be extremely helpful and professional. My observation is that because everyone has a particular role, it makes it much easier to approach the right person. I would like to extend particular thanks to Octavia Parsons, the Valuer at the Prenton branch for her warmth, knowledge and professionalism. I wish KT in Prenton continued success.

Octavia and Andrea said they would sell home and they did within a month. You want to move use Karl Tatler

We wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help Octavia - you have been by far the most proactive estate agent we have dealt with and we have really appreciated your efforts. Highly recommended!

Great service from Jess kept me up to date along the process so far.
