No even on the market for a week before we had viewings booked and ended up with 4 offers. Managed to get 10 grand over asking price. My sister and I were faced with the very emotional challenge of selling our parents house, which was our family home growing up. Octavia oversaw the sale of our house. She booked 6 viewings within the first week and managed to get us a full asking price offer within 2 weeks of our house being on the market.
