Buying Experience Made Easy
Throughout the purchase of our new home we mainly had contact with Lynne and James. Both were very approachable and ensured that there was a good flow of communication throughout answering any queries we had, promptly liaising with the vendors on our behalf and making us feel at ease throughout the negotiating stage. Would certainly recommend Lynne and her team at the Ponteland Branch.

Amazing service and very professional
We have recently sold our house and used Goodfellows as our estate agents. I must say they are very professional and photos were excellent. Any query was dealt with efficiently and with expertise but with a human touch. Lynne Pearse who is the branch manager was exceptional and nothing was ever a bother. I would recommend this estate agent to anyone thinking of moving.

Could not fault any aspect of the service provided at this branch . I mainly dealt with James and Lynne who were fantastic but every person I spoke to were always helpful polite courteous and professional . Achieved full asking price within approx 10 days of going on the market. Would not hesitate to recommend this branch , value for money excellent and a first class service. Just brilliant !

Outstanding service.
Having recently used Goodfellows for our house sale I would give them my strongest recommendation and I certainly wouldn't consider using any other agent for future house moves. I've been hugely impressed throughout, from the swiftness of response to my initial enquiry to the speed of getting the property onto the market, the number of viewings and ultimately a quick sale at a good price. Those factors alone would have won me over but coupled with brilliant communication and the efficiency of the team at Goodfellows, you can't go wrong.
