Highly recommended
We have been delighted with the excellent, professional and reliable service from Chris and Liza at Goodfellows. We sold our house in about three weeks, having received prompt feedback from Liza after each viewing. We have been impressed by the regular, friendly contact with Goodfellows at every step of the selling and buying process not to mention the very reasonable rates! Professional and experienced agent at a fair price
As a property developer I have dealt with a lot of estate agents and have never been impressed with their work until now. Goodfellows have moved with the times providing an online agency and therefore reduced costs, BUT in now way has this reduced the standards. Chris and Liza worked hard to sell our property and kept me informed at all stages. Their communication and marketing were excellent and I look forward to employing their services again.

Fantastic friendly service
Chris and Liza from Goodfellows provided an excellent, professional service. Chris valued our property realistically, and the low fees they charged were fantastic value for money! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they found us a buyer within four weeks and managed the process from start to finish in a friendly, professional way.

Great service

Excellent, excellent and excellent
Selling a home is a game of two halves. Firstly, there is the valuation, marketing and sale. This was primarily conducted by Chris Goodfellow who met all of our expectations with the valuation and the quality of marketing leading to a very quick (within a week) sale. Then comes the more prolonged second stage which is as equally important as the first stage in ensuring a successful completion. We had some complications (which were outside the control of Goodfellows) but I have to say that when I contacted Goodfellows with my concerns they took immediate action to evaluate the situation and ensure all was well. Whilst I am gratefull to all Goodfellows staff who were always pleasant, helpful and professional, but I have to mention Lynne who was so helpful I sometimes felt it was over and above what I could have expected. Thank you Lynne. To conclude, I consider Goodfellows an excellent choice - five star service at a very reasonable price.

Personal and efficent service
Goodfellows staff dealt sensitively and efficiently with the sale of my late parent's house. Through not fault on their part, this was a difficult sale but they were always happy to talk to you over the phone or by email. They made a difficult process much easier for my husband and I. I would thoroughyl recommenmd them.
