These people do not care about their tenants health, safety, wellbeing, any of that. They just want to extract as much money as they can from their tenants, and care not for such things as ensuring their properties are clean, or habitable to human beings at all. This is definitely not a SPAM review. Abbot Fox has treated a renting Familiy during a pandemic very badly. Basicly renting to them a home that is not habitable for humans, setting them homeless during a pandemic and still chasing them for the rent, for a moldy house with worms in it. No jocking. First of all, all negative reviews abbotFox are marking as spam. From my experience and others, abbotFox fail to ensure that their rental properties are clean on arrival, let alone inhabitable! They give different messages to tenants, meaning they usually scam you out of something you thought was certain. All they care about is making a profit out of their tenants to the tenant's expense.NegativeProfessionalism

Not good. Our property was om the marked for quite some time and they managed 1 viewing, we changed estate agents and sold the property in 6 days. We struggled to make contact with our appointed agent, and we were given lots of excuses as to why this was. The online advert for the property was pretty awful, the pictures were of poor quality as was the description. We felt constant pressure to lower the asking price of the property, as if it was the price that was the issue (we didn't lower the asking price with the new agents). We had a very poor experience with Abbotfox, but we have learned that it really does pay to select an agent carefully, and it really does matter who your agent is. I would strongly recommend that you look elsewhere.
