Brilliant service received when selling our home, the staff are professional, polite and very efficient. After having trouble with a previous estate agents AbbotFox where a breath of fresh air, they paid great attention to detail, the photos & marketing were fantastic which led to lots of viewings of our home and ultimately sold it in no time at all. Would definitely recommend for a swift & efficient house sale.

Although myself and my boyfriend are not currently renting with AbbottFox, I would just like to say how pleasant our experience has been. Luke Savins, the agent who helped us, was extremely helpful and had such a pleasant and respectful attitude. It is such a shame that many other letting agencies in Norwich do not have such respectful staff. I would recommend that others ask for Luke. Norwich's best estate agent by far!!

After horrific experiences with other Norwich estate agents Abbot Fox were amazing!! They called when they said they would, they were honest about our property and would always be more than happy to stay late or work on a sunday to secure a viewing for us. They sold our property in super fast time and unlike many other agents didn't forget about us once we had sold - they gave us regular updates on our sale and still keep in touch even now!! If you want a hassle free agent and the best service in the area then Abbot Fox is for sure the ONLY choice!!

The sales team for Abbott Fox are no so great with the exception of Colin who is fabulous to deal with but the rest of that team leave a lot to be desired, Emma who helps to progress the sale is wonderful, really helpful, efficient and kind so I would highly recommend based on Emma and Colin alone.

I have been in my property for almost three years. Whilst living in the property I have had no issues with abbotFox and the landlord. When reporting property faults, they have been resolved quickly and to a high standard. I have given 4 stars because moving into the property was difficult, but I cannot fault the support since then.

I have spoken to Jack in the sales team to ask about a property at Bertram Way NR1 because I noted it was for sale with this company. The reason for my enquiry to this company because I was given a tenancy agreement by a landlord who contacted me after I advertised on GumTree. The address on tenancy agreement was a 1 bed flat and the actual evidence on various sources including AbbotFox it’s a 2 bed flat. I originally checked on the Land Registry and the Landlord name was not on the Land Registry as the owner or the leaseholder. The lords personal address was given as Birmingham on tenancy agreement which was also difficult to find on Royal Mail post code search. He was determined to get £1,250 from me for rent+ deposit without viewing the property. I managed to bring him down to take only the deposit and then exchange the rent along with the keys which he was reluctant to do. My guts was telling me not even to go along with this. So I did other basic check thorough the internet other sources confirmed it was a 2 bed flat and not a one bed flat as stated in tenancy agreement and importantly through Zoopla I noted it was up for sale through AbbotFox. I contacted AbbotFox and spoke to good old Jack for which I am very grateful to him and I told him who the owner were from our Land Registry check and he confirmed the owners and he also said it is now sold to new owners subject to contract. I said “well well Jack you have just saved me from falling into a big hole and more importantly creating a hole in my pocket and losing £1,250”. It was clear to me from Jacks conversation that I was being scammed from all angles. So the motto of this review is never ever go with the flow always stop, think and importantly do your background checks. I thankyou Jack again in helping me to confirm of what I already feared.
