I had a very challenging sale / situation with 2 sales dropping through. but abbot foxx were exceptional. it started off with a random phone call from them as i was selling with another agent. It was very obvious they would be on my side and trying for the best possible price i switched to them and i am glad i did. we then dealt with lettings and the sales team all were very good. we then had Julie from the after sales team help see the sale over the line without her i think the property would still be for sale. cannot recommend them highly enough.

Without a doubt the most professional team in Norwich, with a clear focus on the personal matters of the process. Initially, I was to move in to a new rented property, but the current tenant refused to leave despite the end of his contract. By that point, we were on a tight schedule, so it became rather stressful. I was quickly reassured by Elliot, who we had been in contact with throughout, that he would do his best to find something suitable - even though we had restrictions, such as a pet needing an enclosed garden. I looked elsewhere, finding much lower qualities of customer support in all other estate agencies, before receiving an email from Elliot. He had details of the perfect house - one even better than the first prospect. At the time of writing, we have been here for just under a week and I couldn't be happier. It sounds dramatic, but thanks to the proactive efforts of Elliot and AbbotFox, both me and my housemate now have a much better quality of life. Emails were responded to promptly. Genuine care appeared to be present. Every team member was very pleasant. The office is really nice - almost edging on a quirky cafe. All missed calls came with a short voicemail confirming that they needed to chat. Even in the most stressful moments, everything felt under control. I would highly recommend.
