Although myself and my boyfriend are not currently renting with AbbottFox, I would just like to say how pleasant our experience has been. Luke Savins, the agent who helped us, was extremely helpful and had such a pleasant and respectful attitude. It is such a shame that many other letting agencies in Norwich do not have such respectful staff. I would recommend that others ask for Luke. His approachability, respectful manner and kindness, is a breath of fresh air in the world of rude letting agencies in Norwich.
