Been really pleased with Abbott fox. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. Felt that hard work was put in to achieve the sale of both properties we were selling. One property in particular, Jamie put a lot of time and work into achieving our sale, very professional and supportive of what we needed to achieve. We achieved the best price for the property which we were very pleased with and that was thanks to Jamies hard work. Would definately recommend Abbott fox estate agents.

I don't normally write reviews before I have completed a transaction however I have been looking for a rental property for two weeks now and it has been the worst experience I have ever had. I have spoken with a number of agents and they have been poor in all forms, customer service has been dreadful, knowledge of their listings have been inadequate and it almost feels like asking to view a property is a chore for them. I had to call an agent 3 times to ask him to send me an email that he said he would said 3 days prior. I haven't even found yet but I have decided to limit my contact with agents down to just Maddie at AbbotFox as she is head and shoulders above the rest by simply doing her job, to a good standard which isn't much to ask for right? The registration process was simple and easy. When I asked questions about the property she answered them efficiently and when I asked about the zero deposit scheme she said let me find out the answer and come back to you, which of course she kept her promise and did so. I have found other agents in the area love to over promise and under deliver whereas Maddie does the opposite. So far, so good. I hope I find my next home through her as otherwise this painful experience thus far will only get worse. Will

Purchased a property with Abbot Fox a year or so ago, and based on the exceptionally good service from Jack and his colleagues decided to appoint them to market my Father's property recently. Sold within a couple of weeks, achieving the right price. Again, cannot fault the service, regular communication with updates on the progress of the sale.

Massive thank you to the team at Abbot fox Norwich, we had many viewing and feedback resulting in a sale. The very slow solicitor at the other end of the chain made the process of selling and buying quite stressful, however Elaine was always on the end of the phone cheerfully chasing and finding out the latest information, so much so I found it easier to contact her rather than our own solicitor. For this reason I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We purchased our house via Abbotfox and we have to say that Sophie was excellent all the way through the process. In terms of communicating and relaying information she was excellent. We would recommend Sophie to any buyer or seller. M&C
