Avoid, called to advise them I had been involved in a car crash and just ask if it was possible to either pay deposit on credit card or split the payment, but made it clear this would not be essential! They email me to say the landlord no longer wishes to rent with me, so I said okay, well can I view other properties emphasising that I would have the money to save the hassle. They told me no, despite having a few suitable properties listed. On the plus side I got my agency fees back, however it speaks volumes that the 5 star reviews are from landlords and not tenants!

poorest agency I have ever deal with. On the moving day they called us that flat is not ready and they need two more days to prepare it. when I told them that in this case Belvoir has to pay for hotel and for storage of belongings they make it ready in two hours. After six months they decide to sell the flat without letting us know. Right know potential buyers are knocking to our door almost everyday to check the property. Stay away from Belvoir as far as you can......
We`re renting a house and have some problems with gas boiler. Already two weeks without hot water and heating at house. Agency ignore the problem, just feed us with promises. Breach of the contract.
Terrible rude service! Travelled from Belfast to view a house without being told that the house had already been rented out. Belvoir is a perfect example of how not to do business and I recommend that you stay clear!
Interesting to see the last few reviews as being poor. we had a viewing of a house where we cancelled a midwife appointment to go to see this house, to find us both sitting outside the street looking like a couple of mugs as the company failed to show. Having done our own investigation, we found the house to be let already, which we haven’t an issue with, but we do considering they didn't have the decency to let us know. In fact they accused our phone for being faulty as a message went out. I wonder what happened to communication via a phone like normal people tend to do as this would also show up as a miss call if we didn’t answer. In regards to raising this concern, I had to ask for an apology 3 times as the customer service seemed to want to blame technology over lack of professionalism and communication rather than actually taking reasonability for an error they have caused. I wouldn't go with these personally if I was looking for excellent service as they treat you like business people not humans who are genuinely looking for a home to live in.
