I don't advise people to rent with this agency expecially if you're from Northampton.Staff are not very nice and they come out with a lot of stupid reasons to hold your deposit back.Avoid them at all costs.NegativeProfessionalism

Sorry to hear you're not to happy Andreea. These days a landlord can't make deductions from a tenants deposit willy nilly - there are laws in place that prevent this. So if a deposit deduction is made there will be a check-in and a check-out report that shows clearly (with pictures) why a deduction is appropriate. And the camera doesn't lie!

I have attempted to sell & rent my property with these cowboys... SELLERS & LANDLORDS don’t waste your precious time & money!! The communication is non existent... it seems they expect you to chase them so they can earn their commission. Give your money to people that work for it.. and that are polite. Try Horts Estate Agents, much better.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

In this tough times where cleanliness holds of utmost importance we have been facing water pressure issues in my flat for the past 3 days. I have initiated an issue when the water pressure started decreasing on 17th July. Received no response till Tuesday 21 July. When contacted he informed that its not their problem and we need to reach out the water supplier. I reached out to the water supplier he visited within 30 mins and responded to Belvior that its not their issue. Have been trying to reach Belvior as there is not water in our house and no body is answering the call.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Thanks for the review Pradeep. There was an ongoing issue with water pressure to your flat, and to a number of others on the same floor. Although we looked after your flat, we didn't look after the building in general, so the water supply to your corridor fell outside our control. Like you, we chased the company responsible who in fairness to them, kept returning to site to try and fix this persistent issue. We're pleased they finally managed it and that water supply to all flats was restored.

I showed interest up on a property the same moment it came on to market and i started sending mails to Belvoir. The response was very delayed and the person who was dealing me wasn't even happy to give a callback to discuss the property details and the explanation was they are home based working. Also they said Landlord is only looking for a tenant who can move with in 15 days .I was really interested on the property so I submitted a notice to my existing tenancy and asked for an early releasing. I was shocked when I received a response from the agency saying that the the landlord found a tenant by himself and its no longer available only when I mailed them saying that I can move in two weeks . The agency didn't even show the courtesy to inform me when the property was no longer available even though I was in constant touch with them and I used to send them multiple mail every day regarding the property for updates . I received a very bad service and dealing was inappropriate. Really frustrated .NegativeProfessionalism

Thanks for the review. You're correct on a number of points here. In the middle of lockdown our staff were home based, and moving calls around was difficult - for that reason we dealt with all tenant enquiries from property portals via email. Equally, you expressed interest in a property and we told you it was available - only for the owner to advise us a few days later that he'd let it himself. We didn't advise you of this as you only expressed interest (along with 20 odd other people) - you didn't make an application and you didn't tell us you were serving notice on your current property. As such we had no reason to assume you were about to be inconvenienced.
