Made a deal with Khilan which he accepted. He then made a 'eweturn' on the agreement and reneged on his deal. Not a person or man of his word. Also has incredibly oversized feet for his height and stole a staff members lunch (delicious Pizza) from our premises. Do not trust this person.

This individual has never been a customer of my estate agency business and their review relates solely to a separate dispute regarding a used vehicle purchase. I left an honest review based on my experience as a customer after issues with the vehicle were not properly resolved. Unfortunately, instead of addressing those concerns professionally, the response here contains personal insults and unrelated comments. I believe reviews should reflect genuine experiences with the actual business being reviewed, and I’ll continue to conduct my business professionally and transparently.

Communication was terrible from the start. They took the weekly deposit and decided we didn't pass the referencing checks despite providing bank statements with the required sums. We were not given a reason as to why we suddenly didn't pass the referencing, Shabnam was trying to blame it on homelet and homelet were trying to blame it on Shabnam. They not only didn't give us a valid reason but they also kept our weekly holding deposit. Please be very careful working with this letting agency and specifically this letting agent. She did the same thing to the people who wanted to rent this property before us, took their holding deposit and decided to not pass their referencing and did the same thing with us. She pocketed over £800 in under a month and failed 2 people and then decided to just no longer answer the phone. I will be reporting this to the BBC and Daily mail also. Do not work with this agency or this woman. Save your money and time. They are fraudulent scam artists.

It’s a shame that we were scammed, by Shabnam specifically. We were honest from the very start and provided everything they asked for, we had the correct funds to rent and paid a weekly holding deposit. Communication was terrible from the start. I am not satisfied with this agency , I don’t advise anyone to rent or buy from them. Count for 100 before go ahead with ewe move.

I don’t advise anyone to rent from this agency, If you wish to loose your money and your deposit and many of unexpected amounts. Go and rent from Ewemove agency. I don’t like their services , unhelpful team especially Khilan. Not happy at all.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency. From start to finish, it was clear that all their focus and loyalty were directed solely toward satisfying the landlord, with little to no consideration for the tenant. Despite the fact that I paid a significant amount of money to renew the property and improve it — around £6,000 spent on making the house better and more presentable — none of this effort or investment was acknowledged or respected. As a tenant, I felt completely undervalued and unsupported. Communication was poor, concerns were ignored, and any issues raised were handled in a way that clearly favoured the landlord, regardless of fairness or reason. Paying a large amount to renew and upgrade a property should come with at least basic respect and balanced treatment, but that was not the case here. I would not recommend this agency to tenants. If you are looking for an agent that treats tenants fairly and professionally, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that you feel dissatisfied; however, we feel it is important to clarify the facts of this matter. The tenancy was ended without the required notice being provided, and this was clearly explained at the time. Following check-out, the property was not returned in a similar condition to that recorded at the start of the tenancy, which resulted in deductions being proposed in line with the tenancy agreement. At no point did we ask you to spend £6,000 on the property- also you did this without the landlord consent. All repair requests were dealt with in a timely manner. As managing agents, we act on behalf of the landlord and are required to follow the correct procedures. All deductions and the process were fully explained to you, and your deposit was protected with the DPS. Where disputes arise, the DPS makes an independent decision. If the adjudicator finds in favour of the landlord, this is not a decision made by ourselves. We always aim to be transparent and fair, and we regret that this experience has been stressful for you. Should you wish to discuss the matter further, we would encourage you to contact us directly rather than via a public forum.

I wouldn’t recommend renting through Ewemove. I dealt with Khilan, who showed no real interest in helping or ensuring client satisfaction. The experience was disappointing and unprofessional.

Ewemove showed no regard for fair treatment. The agent acted unfairly, took the deposit, and reported issues inaccurately. There was a clear lack of honesty in how the situation was handled, and concerns were not dealt with objectively or professionally. It felt as though their priority was to satisfy the landlord rather than deal fairly with their clients. I would not recommend Ewemove based on this experience

As previously explained, the tenancy ended without the required notice and the property was not returned in a similar condition to the start. We act on behalf of the landlord and must follow correct procedures. The deposit was protected with the DPS, and any disputed deductions were reviewed independently by them. Decisions made by the DPS are not determined by ourselves.
