Not your usual estate agent at all! Ouali was our main point of contact throughout but we also met Khilan and Alfie. Initial appointment took place within 48 hours of making contact. Ouali came equipped with a report summarising local sales data and clearly set out three pricing strategies with pros and cons of each - a far cry from the other agents that we had invited to pitch for their services. We decided to appoint Ouali that evening - within 48 hours, we were listed online on all the usual sites with some great pics and a video and already had 6-7 viewings booked. The following weekend, Ouali and Khilan hosted an open day with 20+ viewings and two days after that, we had agreed a sale at a price that we were happy with. We were blown away by the whole process.
