We decided to appoint Ouali that evening - within 48 hours, we were listed online on all the usual sites with some great pics and a video and already had 6-7 viewings booked. The following weekend, Ouali and Khilan hosted an open day with 20+ viewings and two days after that, we had agreed a sale at a price that we were happy with. We were blown away by the whole process. I’ve worked with Khilan for a couple of years now. He’s twice rented out my flat in very quick time for a great pcm figure given the current market and following two successful rentals, I have just sold it via Khilan too.
