I'm really sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding, and I apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We strive to provide a professional and courteous service to all our clients, and it's clear we fell short in this instance. To clarify, we always text our viewers the day before to confirm they are still attending. In this case, we did not receive a response. We also texted and called on the morning of the viewing to confirm, but unfortunately, there was still no confirmation. I see you have also added a photo of a message I sent to you on Thursday with the viewing for Saturday. Shame you didn't add the entire screenshots showing 4 other messages from me asking for confirmation of the viewing. These messages were on Friday and the Saturday of the viewing itself. Regarding the advice to other landlords, it's important to note that I am actually the landlord for this property, so it was in my best interest to carry out the viewing. To add this property is now let agreed to one of the viewings we had on the Saturday. As for reading our other reviews, you are correct that they are all 5-star apart from this and one other, which should not have been left as it has nothing to do with EweMove. This review is unwarranted and does not accurately reflect the situation. Martin Kingsley is part of K&M First Property, the management company overseeing a block of flats. They brought to my attention a reported leak from my property into the flat below. As the leaseholder, I have engaged multiple contractors to investigate the matter, and each time, no leak has been identified. Furthermore, previous management also dispatched their own contractors, who similarly confirmed there was no leak from my flat. Despite this, I remain open to further investigations, provided that the costs are covered if no leak is found, which has not been accepted. This review should not have been directed at Ewemove Finchley, as the disagreement pertains to the leaseholder and the management company of the block, not the Estate Agents. It appears to be a response to my request for a formal complaints policy and does not represent an accurate account of the circumstances.

At Ewemove we are very transparent with our landlords and discuss each application with them. The landlord makes the final decision as to who they would like to live in their property.
