We used Khilan for both the sale of our flat and for the rental of a flat for my mother in Finchley - he handled both properties extremely well. He produced great photos, he had a kind manner, he was knowledgeable and professional and he was available 24/7. Ten times better than any of the high street agents that we had used previously ... and he offers a better rate too! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Khilan sold my flat in Finchley and provided an exceptional service from the original valuation to completion and beyond. He helped chase up solicitors etc to ensure a smooth sale, despite delays etc. On removal day he even transported some of our belongings to the new property! :-)

Trustworthy and efficient, friendly service from start to finish! Appointed Ewemove North Finchley to sell my parents residence. In an extremely competitive high street we went with Ewemove as Alfie, Khilan and Shabnam all displayed the highest level of knowledge of the market, detailed knowledge of the area and were the friendliest and most down-to-earth with no nonsense approach. Alfie in particular spent 90 mins with my parents explaining the whole process from start to finish and alleviating all their concerns, much more than any high street agent was able to do! Although not the cheapest agent they displayed the highest level of integrity and trust in the marketing and negotiation process. Would highly recommend the team to sell your home if you're unsure about the process and need extra hand holding, or just for a chat about the local market!

Came across quite rude when I encountered representatives of the company.

Khilan Shah is supposed show me a rental property in Peterborough. Contacted this company and arrange a viewing. Got a viewing confirmation which is 2 days later. 30 mins before the the viewing, this guy kept saying that i enquired about the property twice, so he needed to cancel the viewing… what a joke… He even implied that this is my fault and did not even apologise for last minute cancellation. On the phone, This guy sounds extremely rude, unprofessional in many ways. This is only a rental property, God knows what happens when it comes to selling or buying a property…. Such a pain in the bum.. if you are a landlord having a property to let with them Please AVOID AT ALL COST…. If you are a tenant about to view or rent a property with them, you will be greeted with blame and unprofessionalism. You can read other reviews on google about this guy. He never acknowledges their mistakes and always tries to blame on everyone. This guy is a joke to Ewemove Answer to your reply: he messaged me to confirm the viewing at 12PM on Saturday 25/01/2025. i replied back “Ok”. (Proof attached) He still went on this review and LIED that I did not confirm the viewing. He is truly dishonest estate agent. For the property I was about to view, it means you are a dishonest landlord too. So lucky that I dont have you as my landlord.

Absolutely appalling behavior of Mr Khilan Shah when requested on numerous occasions to simply instruct a plumber to investigate and repair a water ingress leak causing significant damage to a flat below. Completely uncooperative and displayed a confrontational attitude
