The sale of my flat in Finchley has been successfully completed today and I have been delighted with the service given by Khilan Shah from start to finish. He took some excellent photos for the online listing - visiting the property twice to ensure the very best pictures. He then made a video which he sent to prospective buyers after their viewings as a reminder of what they had seen. He communicated very well with me updating on the progress and keeping me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble – he went above and beyond the call of duty – even doing one viewing for a prospective buyer at 06.00 on a Sunday morning. His advert for being available 24/7 is truly accurate. Best of all - he achieved this sale during a really difficult time in the property market – whilst we are all hovering around Brexit or No Brexit !
