Sold a property through H.M. Residential and experienced a smooth and professional service. The manager visited with a staff member to discuss a realistic selling price for the type of property and location as well as fees. Upon agreement to sell through H.M. Residential, the staff member (who was very polite) took measurements and booked in a follow up appointment to take photos and additional photos for a virtual tour video of the property. As our property was located at a T-junction, we asked if a 2-way sign board could be erected to capture potential traffic from both routes. This was actioned as requested. Adverse weather conditions including strong winds caused the sign to break. We contacted H.M. residential and the situation was resolved within 48hrs. The staff member returned for the follow up appointment and once again, was very polite and engaging. The photos and virtual video were of a high quality when the property went live online. Our property was sold within the 1st 2 weeks of being advertised close to the asking price. Thank you to all the staff at H.M. residential for a smooth transaction beginning to the end. The portal to report problems is straightforward and they get back to you with a solution very quickly. for general enquiries, portfolio managers were available and replied to my emails without any delay. I really appreciate the help from the team on the day we had an emergency callout for keys as the door latched closed while cleaning the porch. (Mobile and keys inside the house) And a 4-year-old on his own in-house. I was at work 1 hour away and my wife called the team using a neighbour's help.
