very fast and helpful and problems i have had with repairs they have got them fixed as soon as i reported them and very satisfied with hm residential aswell as there workers.

HM Residential has helped us from the time we started investing in Newcastle up to now. They are of great help to us especially in maintaining the property for the benefit of the tenants.

Viewed two units with other potential tenants, so it doesn't look like you would secure one because you will "compete" to meet owner's favour. They should have said upfront that some owner didn't want people like us (family with young child). They wasted my time. They gave false hope.

Phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to view a property in Newcastle and was told that the only available slot was noon on the Friday. My husband and I rearranged another appointment, took the day off work and travelled the 1.5 hour journey to Newcastle (we explained at time of booking we weren’t local). 15 mins before scheduled time we got a phone call from the agent to say they hadn’t had a confirmation from the vendor but they were usually in. But guess what - agent turned up and couldn’t get access as there was no one there. Didn’t really apologise - just explained that they thought they had an offer but it fell through so they didn’t confirm our viewing. Totally unprofessional.
