Home Finders Swindon have provided an excellent service to me as a Landlord and have been consistently diligent in doing routine inspections, providing reports and liaising between myself and my tenants to get any repairs and maintenance done. They are very friendly and efficient. I’d happily recommend them they have a great team of people working for them.

Swindon Home Finders have been excellent throughout the process of renting a new property. Start to finish communication has been super, and our property manager Hayley has been super proactive, extremely helpful and quick to respond whenever we have had a question. Can't fault them and easily the best agency we have dealt with in the past few years.

Swindon Homefinders have been excellent throughout the process of selling my house. From initially visiting the property to taking photos and putting it on the market, to conducting viewings resulting in an asking price offer. Throughout the conveyancing process they kept on top of chasing the relevant parties and regularly kept me up to date on progress. Even with a lengthy delay further along the chain they ensured that I received at least weekly updates which put my mind at rest through a stressful time. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Swindon area.

The whole experience was just stellar. Despite moving around Christmas time, we didn’t feel any stress. Both Joe and Paul, were very kind and responsive (almost immediately) and everything was sorted without any problems! Well done to hard work and brilliant employees that Home Finders do and have!!
