Home finders are exceptionally professional in all the dealings I have had with them as a private tenant. Regular inspections give me an opportunity for me to discuss face-to-face with Home finders any issues I may have. Not only that but they have a fantastic online system for tenants to report faults or concerns which are always dealt with promptly.

My wife and I have had some great experiences and some not so great experiences. This fortunately has been one of the great ones. Friendly, professional and great communication. HomeFinders were brilliant in our purchase, really helpful and facilitating to viewings and always the first to reply to a general question. Face to face handover of keys was a breeze and I would be happy to go through them if I were to sell or recommend a friend.

I highly rate Jordan as an agent. He was exceptional from the start to the end of the process. The only part of the process we were disappointed with was the third part sales progression company. They have contacted me for feedback however and will be looking into training to sort out the issues we experienced.

Andrew and the whole of Home Finders team have been outstanding from start to finish . Andrew was the first person we met whilst on a viewing , he was very friendly, professional and full of advice . Although this Property wasnt what we was looking for Andrew quickly knew a property which ticked all our boxes and was due to come onto the market and as soon as we viewed it we feel in love. Andrew was very efficient and organised when it came to getting our market on the market quickly, so we could secure a sale and put us in a strong positon to proceed with our dream home . He reassured us and kept us in the loop the whole time and within a few days our property was listed with some amazing photos taken by Su. We had a lot of interest right away and an open day was quickly arranged to get us a quick sale with great offers. Tim who undertook our viewings was very friendly yet professional, with a busy open day and lots of people in and out he respected our property and took great care ,by make people take their shoes off etc as it was a wet , muddy day this was very important to us as it was newly renovated and still our home where we was living . Following our successful sale, Andrew helped us secure our Dream home and we finally had an offer accepted ! This was one of the happy moments for myself and my Husband who was very emotional invested at this point. The sale wasnt all straight forward with issues with the Mortgage and work needing to be completed on the Property , however the whole of the Home finders team have been amazing with keeping us up to date , advicing and most importantly reassuring us through the whole process, they have gone above and beyond and nothing has been to much trouble . We had regular phone calls/emails ever if nothing to update to see how things were and if we needed anything , Mike was excellent at checking in and communication with us. He did a great good managing our sale and purchase right to the very end of completion. When we hit a road block with the mortgage Su was straight on Hand , reassuring and advising us on the next step , with out her we would have given in on our dream home as things was very stressful and we wasnt getting any where . Her professional advice and knowledge and her being able to help corresponde with the bank really helped get us the answers we needed and we are forever grateful . Writing this review sat in our new home , we can not express our gratitude enough for the kindness, professionalism, efficiency and knowledge off all the Home FInders team, we are so over the moon and happy to make new memories and hopefully one day raise our family here. We hadnt heard of this company before and it was by chance we met Andrew at a viewing , but we would 100% recommend all our family and friends to use this Agency, and cannot fault the service recieved at all ! Staff are great very friendly and very help full and understanding of your situation. I have a bad tenant but Paul made it a very easy process. But with the tent ant we had I give the staff 10/10 to everyone who helped me as the tenant weren’t the greatest.
