In the 8 months I have been a tenant with Mansons, I have found them to be very efficient and reliable.

This is the second time I have used Mansons, and on each occasion they have been great. Both times they have been very flexible with viewings and not wasted my time with properties I wouldnt want to live in. Mansons also manage both of the properties I have lived in and have always been very professional when problems have arisen. I would definitely recommend them.

After a disappointing

After a disappointing experience with another letting agent in the Newcastle area my experience with Manson was extremely positive. A professional, efficient and straight forward process left me very pleased. It completed removed one of the stresses of moving. Highly recommended.

I found my flat through

I found my flat through Mansons and had no complaints with that part of the process. Mansons also manage the property and they have really come into their own since moving in. Not long after we moved in the flat above flooded and caused extensive damage to our flat. The people above were away at the time so at a loss I called Mansons and they took control of the situation, contacted the landlord of the flat above, and efficiently helped us deal with the damp aftermath. Great service on what was a particularly stressful day!

I had left a good review quite a while ago but having just seen it I feel I must put it straight. I only left it as mansons gave amazon vouchers to their staff to have family and friends leave 5 star reviews! Probably still do it to this day. I can pick out at least 8 on here that are friends of current or past staff. Have a nice day.

Sept '21; Unfortunately the excellent service as described previously (and i am sure is still evident) has been overshadowed by the very disappointing 'check-out' experience. There is an awful lot one can say about this, but in short, be aware that when you end your agreement and check out, ensure you look into every single element of the property clean or you will be charged a disproportionate amount to rectify. Unfortunately, in the pandemic world we were unable to revisit after our cleaner visited and as such there was overlooked dust in the crease of a sofa, dust under a bed and on top of a cupboard, but what a simple 5 min hoover would fix a charge of £100 was made and even then evidence gathered showed they too missed the sofa crease! I don't doubt the service before and during our rental, but this left a particularly sour taste and when contested through the bond appeal process it was independently judged to have been too much and we got a proportionate refund.
