This is the second time I have used Mansons, and both times they have been excellent. They listened to what I actually wanted and offered evening viewings which many other agents refused to do. They manged both my previous property and the one I live in at the moment and are all ways very speedy when maintenance is needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

A tenant was found for my property quickly in spite of my being pretty fussy I.e. no children, no animals and non smokers.Mansons managed the rental efficiently and carried out regular checks, and sorted out any problems when they arose. The property was well looked after by the tenants.

After initial consultation, they visited the property and advised me with regards to refurbishment works prior to putting it on the market. A tenant was quickly found. Since then they have successfully managed the property on my behalf. As a result of this my partner has subsequently bought another property which is also managed by Mansons.

As far as estate agents go in Jesmond, Mansons has provided consistently excellent service. After previously dealing with a very unreliable agent who caused more stress than necessary, the efficiency of the staff at Mansons was exceptional. Being young professionals living in Jesmond there are a lot of student properties on the market and other agents were quick to show us anything and everything. However as soon as we contacted Manson's letting department and discussed what type of property we were looking for, Ben, the property consultant we dealt with, was quick to e-mail over suitable, affordable properties. The staff at Mansons were very professional from the viewing of flats to organising the deposit and signing of the contract. For someone like me who has no idea about that type of thing, they explained everything and I had to do very little in the way of pushing things forward. Once in the flat the property management department was always at the end of the phone to help with any query. I was surprised with how quickly they were dealt with, and I only had to contact them once before action was taken, unlike the previous agent I went through. Now that the contract on our current flat is coming to an end, situational factors mean we cannot extend the contract and we now require 2 separate properties. We were so pleased with the high quality service that we received from both the letting departments and the property management department throughout the year that we have decided to continue renting through Mansons and they have found us 2 other suitable properties to move into. The letting department have taken the stress right out of flat hunting!

I have been absoluted delighted with the service I have received from Mansons on managing my property. My property has been occupied constantly since I commenced using them and I have had the peace of mind that all the necessary requirements for letting my property have been met. The professional manner in which they conduct business has been outstanding and I have never once had to worry about any aspect of renting my property out. The staff at Mansons are always friendly, professional and contact me only when necessary. I would definitely recommend them for property management without a doubt!

I left a property in Citipeaks which you let to me in June last year. I have been inspired to write this because since then I have been dealing with one of your competitors and it made me realise how proactive, helpful and willing to go the extra mile Mansons were when I was with them. When I rented through Mansons I found everything very professional, helpful and slick. From the moment I first enquired the whole process was made so easy for me and I was given full, clear and concise information about every aspect of the property I was hoping to rent and the steps I would need to go through. The fees they charged me were transparent, the tenancy agreement was explained to me properly, the referencing process was easy and my move in went without a hitch. The property was great but I did have a small problem when the plumbing for the washer started to leak. I contacted Mansons and there was someone there to fix it in just 2 hours!!! When I left the property I had stained one of the carpets with some make up and Mansons were very fair with how they handled my deposit. It was explained to me how much money from my deposit would be kept and why and I certainly don't feel it was an unreasonable sum. Unfortunatley I am now in the middle of a tenancy with another agent who has provided the complete opposite level of service and I am finding it quite stressful.....they are about to get the opposite review from you if I can find them on this site. All in all Mansons provided great service and I had the extra pleasure of seeing those two lovely spaniels in your office!!!! Take care.

Where they have been unable to help directly, they have located alternate agents (via the Guild of Professional Estate Agents) to act locally for me, overseeing the activity to ensure that their levels of customer service are maintained. I have used this company on several occasions to handle the letting of my properties, although they are slightly more expensive than others in the area, they have been able to secure tenants quickly.
