Sold STC in under 3 days. How could I say anything else but Excellent! An estate agent with a fresh approach. I chose Noorthwood because of their enthusiasm and positive attitude. They proved to be knowledgeable and professional. Their policy of conducting first viewing obviously works well. I would have no hesitation in using their services again. A short and sweet 6 month tenancy!

I recently rented an apartment from Northwood Newcastle and had a great experience. As this was the first time I'd rented without a flatmate, I was particularly nervous, but Northwood were very reassuring and helpful throughout the entire tenancy. I've never had a letting agent so professional and honestly couldn't fault the service I received, and also the help when it came to checking out (and getting my deposit!). A big thank you from me, and I hope to have dealings with you again in future.

I was moving to Newcastle from Dublin and had been dealing with a few agents along the road of renting the property. Initially I was dealing with Rebecca, who then passed me to Michaela and finally to Julia for the final steps. Because I was in Ireland for the whole process, we encountered quite a few hurdles. I hadn't received my National insurance number, the transfer of funds from euro to gbp proved trickier than expected and I managed to lose my passport for the bulk of the process too so to say it could have been stressful would have been an understatement. The team at Northwood were incredible though and cured each hiccup as it arose. The process was ironed out to the best of their abilities and they did everything in their power to help me. I have now moved in and couldn't be happier with my property. Other agents at various companies had given up on my applications before they had even began, due to the difficulty in finding a property to suit my needs and for the implications which would have arose throughout the process. The team are second to none here at Northwood and I hope I get to deal with them for any moves in the future, hopefully not too soon though!

Choosing letting agents is a lottery if there's no guidance available. Luckily we chose well in an area of the Country with which we were not familiar. From the outset Hazel and her team have achieved maximum rentals and few voids in what turned out to be a very difficult area and an adverse letting climate. Whenever there was a problem they rapidly, consistently and professionally deal with it. All of the team we've worked with over the time we've let our two properties with them have been efficient, friendly and, most importantly, on our side. It's testament to them that we chose a branch of Northwood close to us to manage another property, and we've not been disappointed..

Under the management of Hazel, I have let properties with Northwood and been very happy indeed. Recently been dealing with Victoria and Wendy who have been a an exceptional help with both the lettings and sales of the properties.

Inspections

Always very helpful and professional. Offers handy tips for issues for example; condensation and how to treat/avoid. Very flexible in arranging times and dates for inspection. Very approachable and good customer service. Always has a personal touch on outcomes of inspection for example; saying a hello to my puppy and daughter and wishing is well.

Letting and Management

I started using Northwood for letting my property a few years back but only asked them to manage it last year and I wish I had done it sooner! They took all the headache away from me from viewings to end of tenancies all the way to regular inspections and deposits. I don't really get involved at all. I haven't had any gaps in tenants and the rent is always in on time with an emailed invoice so perfect for me. I would highly recommend them and would praise the whole office for looking after me and my property. Thanks and keep up the good work
