Fantastic team, fantastic agent.

I was moving to Newcastle from Dublin and had been dealing with a few agents along the road of renting the property. Initially I was dealing with Rebecca, who then passed me to Michaela and finally to Julia for the final steps. Because I was in Ireland for the whole process, we encountered quite a few hurdles. I hadn't received my National insurance number, the transfer of funds from euro to gbp proved trickier than expected and I managed to lose my passport for the bulk of the process too so to say it could have been stressful would have been an understatement. The team at Northwood were incredible though and cured each hiccup as it arose. The process was ironed out to the best of their abilities and they did everything in their power to help me. I have now moved in and couldn't be happier with my property. Other agents at various companies had given up on my applications before they had even began, due to the difficulty in finding a property to suit my needs and for the implications which would have arose throughout the process. The team are second to none here at Northwood and I hope I get to deal with them for any moves in the future, hopefully not too soon though!
