Well what can I say I've been looking for a house for nearly 2 years I've gone through loads of different estate agents but I can tell you one thing no one compares to Dawsons. I've always appreciated the company even before ever thinking of buying a house. I just like the logo and design that they went with in the colour scheme and branding, I'm into that. I'm quite an eccentric person as people keep telling me and the team at Dawsons know how to match plus one they loved keeping the energy going always looking at the positive side and keeping me informed constantly there was not one time where I called and wasn't met with a pleasant response or fond farewell. Dawsons handled the whole sale from start to finish impeccably and professionally. Stephanie Vellacott the branch manager clearly knows the value of a good happy working team and environment. 10/10 could not be more satisfied if I tried.

Myself and my brother David can’t thank Andrea enough for helping us sell our fathers house, as you can imagine this was a very emotional time for us as a family. Andrea took the above into account and handled our situation with delicacy and professionalism. Andrea was quick to find a buyer through their contacts efficient in showing the house and always updated us after a viewing, this also applies to the sale of the house everything went according to plan and this again was thanks to Andrea professionalism. What an excellent estate agents! We bought our house through Dawsons and were in a very long and complicated chain. Stephanie at Morriston was very attentive and quite frankly organised the entire chain up to the very last minute. We are eternally grateful for all her hardwork and dedication. Would strongly recommend contacting Stephanie at Morriston.

Amazing service from for sale to sold. Friendly staff. Really informative and couldn’t do enough. Professional photographs that were absolutely beautiful! Andrea, who took care of my property sale was outstanding! Her knowledge and professionalism were second to none and I can’t thank her and the team at Dawson’s enough for a really smooth experience with the sale of my home.

Got a buyer on the first day of viewings, who then pulled out half way through the sale after the mini-budget debacle. Secured quite a few viewings when it went back on the market and again got a number of good offers. We're very happy to have accepted another offer and dealt with nearly everyone in the office during the process. A big thank you to all for a great team effort. With the Sales Progression team now and hopeful of a speedy completion.

Big shout out to Stephanie at the morriston branch when we purchased our property with them. We really appreciate all you did to help us complete on the property. It was a long bumpy process but we got there in the end, thank you for always being there to talk to us when we were stressed it helped alot. If we buy a house again , we hope its off you!
