Besides quoting fees lower than many other local estate agents the service provided to me by all the team at Dawson's Morriston office was outstanding. Andrea Devoy led the sales team and was followed by Claire Baylis the sales coordinator to ensure a seamless transition of expertise making the entire transaction go without a hitch! From appraisal of the property, to notification of viewings and feedback therefrom I was kept informed of everything at all stages. The valuation was as expected, represented an accuracy relating to experience of the local market and facilitated a promptly completed sale. I will not look any further if future dealings with estate agents are required.
