Got a buyer on the first day of viewings, who then pulled out half way through the sale after the mini-budget debacle. Secured quite a few viewings when it went back on the market and again got a number of good offers. We're very happy to have accepted another offer and dealt with nearly everyone in the office during the process. A big thank you to all for a great team effort.
