What an amazing experience. Andrea in Dawsons ( Morriston ) is excellent. I purchased my property with them 3 years ago, and she remembered the sale, quoting unprompted details. Placed my property with them on the Wednesday, and I accepted an offer on the Friday. Andrea has been superbly professional and efficient, and I can happily recommend her and her company to anyone intending to sell (or purchase) their home.

I contacted Andrea from Dawson’s Morriston when we decided to put our property on the market after my parents had bought their property from a few years previously, and had provided an excellent service. During the process of our property sale Andrea, Steph, George and all the team at Morriston provided a first class service, their knowledge of the property market was clear, they were so supportive, transparent and guided us through the process with ease and professionalism. I will certainly be returning to them should I need an estate agent in the future, and would have no hesitation in recommending Dawson’s Morriston, to any vendor or indeed buyer

Big shout out to Stephanie at the morriston branch when we purchased our property with them. We really appreciate all you did to help us complete on the property. It was a long bumpy process but we got there in the end, thank you for always being there to talk to us when we were stressed it helped alot. If we buy a house again , we hope its off you!

The staff at Dawsons Morriston have been more than helpful right from the start. Being a first time buyer, they have gone above and beyond to help with any queries we’ve had, even down to obscure questions about the smallest details of the property. Always fast to respond to emails and phone calls, and when dealing with solicitors. I really haven’t got a bad word to say! Thank you Dawsons!
