Excellent service again from Dawsons, Morriston branch, who kept in frequent contact and updated me every step of the sale. Most communication during this sale has been with Andrea Devoy, who as usual has been efficient, friendly, professional and committed throughout the process as have all other members of the team on the few occasions that I’ve had contact with. I would highly recommend the team at Morriston branch of Dawsons, (in particular Andrea Devoy), to anyone buying or selling their property. Thanks team, Izy.

I went to Dawsons after being let down by another high street estate agent, though the sale has not been completed yet i can't fault the service thus far, i have mainly dealt with Andrea Devoy, who is open honest and approachable. The whole team seem very good at their jobs they have kept me updated throughout and are always available to answer questions.

Rebecca from Dawsons Morriston Branch has been fab. Myself and my partner have been looking for something to buy for a long while and we finally found something that caught our interest. Rebecca kindly sent through videos of a property that ultimately led to us viewing it and subsequently putting in an offer. Rebecca was beyond patient with us throughout our viewings and provided the perfect balance of space to look around but also be on hand to answer questions. She was extremely well informed on everything we needed to know, which we really appreciated. Throughout negotiations, Rebecca was again really patient, really listening to us but also getting us all to the desired position. It has been a really positive experience - thank you Rebecca!

Sold our home via Dawsons this month (feb24). Met a few agents before picking Dawsons and I am happy I did decide to go with them. Andrea has been my main point of contact and has been a great help and font of knowledge on this area. Spoke to various team members in the office and all were polite, friendly and helpful. Always prompt with communication. Selling a home is stressful but thankfully the agent really helped. Achieved a quick sale and we are very happy. As an aside the photos from a Dawsons photographer in my view do a better job of showcasing the home than some other agents. Have a look and compare would be my advice. Having secured our sale I look forward to now be pestering their sister office across Swansea to find me a nice property to move to! Thanks again. Steve and Sarah.
