I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Rented the property via Dawsons for over 2 years and never had any problems. Great communication, fast response and helpful agents. Especially Sarah and Laurence. They were amazing dealing with the rental and later returning the keys. Would recommend both if you are looking to rent through Dawsons.
