Don't bother going in, after 2 enquiries on a property no phone call and now it's let!! So missed out on that due to no communication!
Poor service. Sale fell through 3 times because they faffed about! Whenever we wanted to know some information we were constantly told they would call us back but alway had to ring them again...until of course they wanted something off us then they would harass us.
Do they want to sell houses unhelpful staff!!!!!
Absolutely Awful! We recently rented a property with Manning Stainton for 6 months, throughout the whole tenancy the customer service was extremely poor and took months to address the repairs needed due to them being unable to communicate with the landlord! After being served notice that the landlord wanted to sell the property it was agreed that we would move out by a certain date. We managed to do so but Manning Stainton continued to charge us rent for the following month. With this, as well as a ridiculous repair charge for damage to the property, Manning Stainton concluded that we owed them the whole of our deposit. All tenants reading this please try and avoid renting from Manning Stainton if possible. They will squeeze every last penny out of you.
The lettings office are very unhelpful. I had to reschedule a Sky broadband installation by 3 weeks due to them refusing to come to the property and open the phone line cupboard located outside the flat (it's a ten min walk from the office to my flat) They provided me with little information and no show around on my move in day. I have had an awful first month trying to sort all of these issues out and cannot wait to move out of this flat and never use Manning Stainton again.
Very disappointing experience as a tenant in a property managed by Manning Stainton. Unable to log issues and organise repairs in a timely fashion. Unprofessional during the time we were leaving the property and falsely claiming for cleaning costs and repairs. Probably better than some other letting agencies but could do much better.

The most unprofessional service I've ever had with a lettings agency. I've rented a house for 7 months, the agency was managing the property as well. First of all the house was handed over without proper inspection, with poor hygiene. Then it took months to address repair issues, reported right from the start. One of them was actually never sorted out. I now have to deal with the previous enegry supplier as well, as it took 6 months for Manning Stainton to pass them on my details. Almost a month since I've moved out, I'm still waiting for my deposit, despite the fact I was told there are no issues with the check out inspection. Debbie from the Morley branch, who only dealt with the initial contract signing was really helpful though. I'm very very disappointed with the service!
