It's obviously really disappointing for us to hear your experience with us fell short of expectations and I will absolutely take your feedback on board regarding the viewing follow-up interactions. Following the viewing we send a feedback request to the viewer and we do chase for feedback the following day from a viewing and for three days consecutively after a viewing to get feedback, but we should still keep you in the loop where we are waiting to hear back from viewers. Whilst it's a shame to hear you wouldn't recommend us, it's still great that you managed to secure your new home with us and I wish you all the best for the future.
