They are openly failing to abide by the Equality Act 2010, called about a rented property and they advised the landlord does not accept children, both mine are 16 and 17 years who both actually work over 20 hours a week and in College not a child. They advised every application they’ve put forward which has a so called child is rejected. So 100% this landlord is discriminating and will be reporting you to the EASS as that’s unacceptable, being next to a working farm does not been it’s a valid reason to reject and it is clear he is discriminating.
