Why în the world are you turning on those powerful lights at 10-10.30pm and let them on all night??? No consideration for environment or the residents in the blocks around!!! At least close your blinds, don't let all the light reflect in people's houses and keep children awake! I'm sure no ones actually doing any useful work from those offices at night, just waste and inconsiderate behaviour!

An organisation run by very incompetent management - they’re running more than two years behind on registering land/property so if you’re coming up for a remortgage, it means you can’t remortgage, then they don’t do an urgent expedite when you request it, they don’t respond to any communications as they’re too busy, they don’t respond to complaints because they’re too busy - so it begs the question, what are they actually doing. Again, it’s another lazy government department

I'm not moving house, still getting spam from movers. Any company paying for their incorrect information is wasting their money.

Spam letters about moving house even sending a newspaper cutting about a company advertising removals. The company they advertised recently also received a lot of bad press in the media with some branding them “a scam”. If your going to send spam marketing at least advertise reputable companies!

Been called, texted, and emailed many times for viewing appointment. At the property, Mr M pointed his finger at us and said: "is it you having an appointment? You can't view the property!!"You have a child". The land lord won't accept it. Then he left. I was standing there for 2 minutes just in awe and silence wondering what just happened trying to comprehend. Really, I thought he was confused. On his defense he was in a hurry to catch something. That's fine I understand a landlord choice of renting . The 1 star is for the poor body laguage and interpersonal skills he showed. Poor communications.
