Awful website they are not helpful they have no number

The worth company ever. Never again. It is AI and they never help. They only want money

These guys just make things harder for tenants. My husband and I just applied for a new tenancy agreement with a local agency, and they use Goodlord to execute all paperwork. Mostly this is just an AI chatbot in a website (mobile UX is semi-broken) which is only a slight improvement on a traditional chat bot with canned responses - nothing innovative here. It’s a basic web flow with what appears to be rigid responses. Outside of the basic (and in various places, broken) UI, they are repeatedly… REPEATEDLY calling and emailing us with sales and marketing. When we submitted payment for our new tenancy via the platform, it gives you the option to opt out of marketing calls. Just so you know, this seems to go completely ignored. Once they’ve exhausted upselling insurance, internet packages and other utility products, they start emailing you about their product ‘Tili’ - literally just another AI chat bot that is apparently meant to help set up utilities and bills. They will email and call you. I told the caller I never subscribed and he interrupted me to say “okay I’ll remove you from our list”, and hung up on me. This platform isn’t designed for tenants. They aren’t considering the experience of the tenant at all, or the upheaval and stress of a house move. They’re just trying to upsell at any cost - and we’re very close to reporting them to the ICO for breach of GDPR. I don’t recommend Goodlord at this stage. They haven’t solved any problems in the rental market, they’ve just forced their way between tenants and rental agents and made things way more stressful and complicated.

Worst app and unprofessional team

****STAY AWAY**** Refused to pay out on rent protection insurance. The reason, that the property manager who origianlly took it out had died. Absolutely disgusting. I was utterly appalled. I will make sure every property estate agent and property investor I meet knows and i know thousands.

Horrible experience, avoid avoid avoid . They are not helping instead they make everything they can to make your life difficult and the experience of renting a flat a bad one

It's unbelievable to have to deal with an AI for apartment rentals; you never speak to a human being. In short, it's pathetic and very annoying.
